A small team that bakes hard
We're nine people in a 200-square-foot bakery. Mornings start with espresso and the smell of something proofing. Afternoons end with someone testing a glaze and someone else laughing at the test result. We're not a corporate kitchen and we're not trying to be.

Well above minimum wage. Tips pooled and split evenly.

Real schedules
Posted two weeks ahead. We don't pull surprise shifts on you.

Cake on us
Take one home every week. Birthday cake is your choice, no exceptions.

Health stipend
$300/month for full-time roles toward the plan of your choosing.
Open positions
Posted spring 2026. Even if nothing here fits, we always want to hear from good people.
Pastry Baker
4am–noon, Tuesday–Saturday. Mix, fill, bake, glaze, repeat. We'll teach the techniques but you should already love working with your hands.
Cake Decorator
15–25 hours/week. Hand-piping, glaze finishing, custom design work. Portfolio or references required. Flexible weekday afternoons.
