Better fruit, better cake

A peach in March was picked green and shipped 3,000 miles. A peach in July came from a farm two hours away and tastes like sunshine. We bake with whatever's at peak right now — that's why our menu shifts every few months instead of staying frozen in time.

It also means our seasonal cakes have a real ending. When the strawberries are gone, so is the Strawberry Rhubarb. We don't pretend otherwise. The rotation keeps things interesting and gives you something to look forward to.

Stone fruit from Texas, berries from Oklahoma growers.

Reserve before the calendar flips so you don't miss out.
