Signature cakes need 48 hours notice. For weekends and holidays we recommend 5–7 days. Custom cakes typically need 2–3 weeks. Wedding and large catering orders should be booked 2–6 months ahead, especially for May, October, and December dates.
Bundt cakes stay fresh and moist for 4 days when kept at room temperature in the box we send them in. They actually taste best on day 2 — the flavors deepen overnight. We don't use preservatives, so day 5 onward is noticeably less great.
Yes, and it freezes beautifully. Wrap the cake in plastic wrap, then foil, then a freezer bag. It'll keep for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge or 4–6 hours at room temperature. Add fresh glaze after thawing if it had one.
We offer gluten-free versions of our Vanilla Honey Glaze and Chocolate Hazelnut, available with 5 days notice. Vegan cakes are available by request — we have one go-to recipe (vanilla coconut) and can develop others for special orders. See our Allergen Guide for full details.
Custom cakes start at $55 (smaller than our $36–44 signature pricing because we charge for time, not size). There's no minimum quantity for mini Bundts, though boxes of 6 or 12 get better per-unit pricing.
Standard orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Within 48 hours, we charge a 50% restocking fee since ingredients are already prepped. Custom orders require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable inside of two weeks before the event.
Yes — local delivery within 10 miles is $15. Beyond 10 miles, we charge $1.50/mile up to 25 miles total. We deliver Tuesday through Saturday between 9am and 5pm. Same-day delivery is possible if you order by 11am that day. We don't ship cakes.
Absolutely. A box of 6 can have up to 2 flavors, a box of 12 up to 4 flavors. Just let us know your picks at checkout. For seasonal flavors, availability depends on what's in rotation that week — we'll let you know if there's a sub needed.
Within the DFW metroplex, yes. Outside of that we don't typically travel — Bundt cakes don't survive long road trips well. For destination weddings we can connect you with bakers we trust in other cities.
Keep it boxed and out of direct sunlight until 30 minutes before serving. Room temperature is ideal — refrigerating Bundt cakes can dry them out. If your event is outdoors in summer, set the cake up under shade and serve within 2 hours of unboxing.
